I’m glad you reached out.  Apologies for the delay.  We’ve had a high volume of tickets recently.
 
In order to troubleshoot your issue, I’m going to outline a few steps to eliminate common issues.  The first will be to check your server resources.  You can install the WordPress Health & Troubleshooting plugin to check your settings.  Here is a document that provides some guidelines.
 
Next, while using the editor, keep your browser console open to see if any errors occur.  Here’s a document that will help with enabling your browser console log.
 
If you have server caching enabled, see if you can add the block library cache directory to the exceptions or temporarily disable caching during troubleshooting.  This may or may not be possible with your hosting provider, but excluding this directory may help.
 
Another troubleshooting method is to temporarily deactivate non-Kadence plugins to see if you’re having a conflict.  This method also uses the above mentioned Health & Troubleshooting plugin.  For more information, please see this document.
 
Since the cache directory is typically used for Kadence AI  and Starter Template functionality, if you’re not using Kadence AI, you can disable it by adding the following PHP code snippet.  If you’re not familiar with adding code snippets, please see this document.

Finally, the debug log that you mentioned is an internal Kadence log.  Please also check your server PHP error log to if there are any related issues showing up there.
 
If you’re still having issues and none of the above has helped, please set up a temporary login so we can take a look at your site.  If this is a live site, we won’t save any changes.  This is just so we can try to replicate the issue and see how your site is configured.  To set up a temporary login, see the instructions in this document.  Please use a fictitious email address (i.e. test@kadencewp.com) and be sure to not use your own email.  Then send us the link that the plugin generates.

We’re currently experiencing an issue where the page / post edit screen does not load or allow any edits at random. When we check out the WordPress debug log (see screenshot) to get more details the following is reported…

After some searching we were able to locate these autogenerated .json files are stored the following Kadence Blocks related folder structure: wp-content/uploads/kadence_blocks_library

If we delete the listed .json file (like b926a98b902843b00e1b7dd280afaf2b.json), then the page / post edit screen works properly again, at least for a few days, but then eventually comes up as an issue again.

This .json cache Kadence Blocks error has continued even after we’ve installed the latest updates. Please let us know how we can fix this issue completely, thank you!
