Hi there,

We’ve
upgraded our North America monitoring region
to provide you with a more stable and reliable
experience.

The new region leverages the power of three
leading cloud providers (AWS, Hetzner, and
DigitalOcean), which means your monitors benefit
from greater redundancy and improved uptime. When
downtime occurs, we automatically perform retries
from different providers, so outages are caught
only when all three providers are affected,
ensuring fewer false alarms and better overall
stability.

As part of this upgrade,
the existing North America (Legacy) region (LSN
provider) will be deactivated on September 1,
2025.

Your monitors’ region is set to Default
(Auto-select by Uptime Robot), so no action is
required on your part. Just ensure that our IP
addresses are whitelisted in your firewall and
monitoring settings.
