Whitelist our new IPs
to improve monitoring stability.

Hi there,

Due to recent monitoring issues that have affected services in the EU region, we’re expanding our monitoring infrastructure with new providers and IP addresses to improve overall capacity and stability.

To help prevent further monitoring disruptions and reduce the chance of similar issues in the future, we ask you to please whitelist these new IPs in your firewall or allowlist as soon as possible.

We recommend completing this by September 1, 2025.

To make this easier going forward, we’ve created a dedicated API that always provides the latest list of UptimeRobot IPs, so you can keep your allowlist automatically up to date.

Access the new IP API and full IP list

Important: As part of our response to recent monitoring incidents, we are removing all incidents with a connection timeout root cause that occurred on August 1, 2025, to remove any false alerts from your account. Additionally, we are proceeding with a full refund of all SMS/voice credits used as a result of these false alerts.

Learn more about the Friday, August 1st incident and how we’re addressing it.

Feel free to reach out to our support team if you need help.

Have a great (up)time!
