It looks like the team did work with support on 7/30 and 7/31 regarding downtime and 504 errors, but we are still seeing that resource usage has remained high on the account: 

Another view with backend server processing hours and dynamic requests increasing over the last 30d:

The server is overloaded when it comes to installs and can’t support resource needs, which can result in things like performance bottlenecks, 504 errors, and downtime. Are you available to jump on a call next Mon/Tues and discuss in further detail?
